Team 45 Workout

The girls in Rm 45 show that they have what it takes to train like athletic champions. Courage- Doing the right (and sometimes difficult) thing no matter how hard it is! Do we quit? Never! Do we rise? Always! Why do we struggle? To get to the top. Why do we fight? To make our dreams come true.

Fifth Grade Training Camp

The physical fitness test (PFT) for fifth grade students in California schools is the FITNESSGRAM®. The main goal of the test is to help students in starting life-long habits of regular physical activity.
