In case the president cannot perform his/her duties, he/she will take over as

Reads minutes of last meeting

Takes minutes at each Student Council meeting

Takes attendance at each meeting

Treasurer

Attends the Student Council meetings

Helps count items/money for fundraisers

After each fundraiser, he/she will announce how much money was made and
give an updated report of the balance

Count votes

Make announcements and participates in school events
Historian

Attends Student Council meetings

Record through pictures and video events held by Student Council
throughout the year
- Assist Secretary as needed
